All of my products are carefully hand-checked, and many are even handmade, ensuring each item meets our highest quality standards. Because of this, I work with a processing time of approximately 1 - 2 weeks. Once your order is ready, you’ll receive a notification with tracking details when it ships.

Returns
Returns are accepted under the following conditions:
- The product is in original condition
- The wrap has not been applied
- The backing paper is still intact
- The wrap is undamaged and unmodified
Custom products created based on your instructions, uploaded images, or personalized design cannot be returned under EU consumer law (Article 6:230p BW).
However, I want satisfied customers — if there is a problem, please contact me and I will do my best to help.
Due to the nature of my products, I cannot accept returns once the wrap has been used or altered. If you have any concerns about your order, please don’t hesitate to reach out, I am here to help.
