These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of rd93.store and any purchases you make from RD93. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

RD93 operates from the Netherlands and complies with Dutch consumer law, EU/EEA regulations (including Norway), and the UK Consumer Rights Act where applicable.

RD93 is an independent creative initiative in its startup phase. Although not yet officially registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce, RD93 fully complies with applicable laws and obligations concerning consumers and privacy.

2. Use of the Website

By using our website, you agree that:

  • You are at least 16 years old, or have permission from a legal guardian.

  • You will not misuse, disrupt, or attempt to access restricted areas of our website.

  • You will provide accurate and complete information during checkout.

RD93 reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for legitimate reasons.

3. Products & Custom Designs

3.1 Handcrafted & made-to-order

Many RD93 products are handmade and produced in small quantities.

3.2 Custom-made products

When you submit artwork, photos, or design instructions, you confirm that:

  • You have the rights or permission to use the materials.

  • The materials do not violate copyright, trademarks, or third-party rights.

RD93 reserves the right to reject any custom material that is unlawful, offensive, or infringes intellectual property.

3.3 Intellectual property

All RD93 designs, artworks, images, text, and product concepts remain the exclusive property of RD93.
You may not reproduce, resell, or reuse RD93 designs without written permission.

4. Prices & Payments

4.1 Pricing

All prices are listed in euros (€).
RD93 may update prices at any time. However, the price set at checkout is final.

4.2 Payment methods

Currently supported:

  • PayPal

Your payment information is processed only by PayPal. RD93 never receives or stores your full card or bank details.

5. Processing & Shipping

5.1 Processing time

Because products are handmade and individually inspected, processing takes:
1–2 weeks before shipment.

5.2 Shipping

Orders are shipped from the Netherlands using PostNL or professional delivery partners.

5.3 Tracking

All shipments include a tracking number.
We take responsibility for the package until it is handed over to the courier.

5.4 Delivery

Estimated delivery times vary per country and are listed in our Shipping Policy.

RD93 is not a delivery company. Once the package is transferred to the courier, delivery is outside our direct control. However, we will always assist you if issues arise.

6. Returns & Refunds

6.1 Right of withdrawal (EU/EEA/UK consumers)

Customers in the EU and EEA (including Norway), as well as UK customers, have the right to cancel and return standard (non-custom) products within 14 days of receiving the order, without providing a reason.

6.2 Custom-made products

Custom products created based on your instructions, uploaded images, or personalized design cannot be returned under EU/EEA consumer law (Article 6:230p BW).

However, we want satisfied customers — if there is a problem, please contact us and we will do our best to help.

6.3 Condition for returns

Returned items must be:

  • Unused

  • In original condition

  • Packed securely

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed.

7. Warranty

RD93 offers a legal warranty in accordance with Dutch, EU/EEA (including Norway), and UK consumer law:

  • Products must function as reasonably expected.

  • If a product arrives damaged due to production or material defects, contact us immediately.

  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear is not covered.

8. Customer Accounts

If you create an account:

  • You are responsible for keeping your password secure.

  • You must notify us of any unauthorized use.

RD93 is not liable for loss caused by compromised credentials unless due to our negligence.

9. Personal Data

Your privacy is important to us.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your data in accordance with:

  • AVG (Netherlands)

  • GDPR (EU/EEA, including Norway)

  • UK GDPR

By using our website, you agree to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Liability

RD93 is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers

  • Loss or damage after the package is transferred to the courier

  • Indirect or consequential damages

  • Errors caused by incorrect information provided by the customer

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the order.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights you have under Dutch, EU/EEA (including Norway), or UK consumer law.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including designs, images, logos, text, and products, is protected by copyright and may not be copied, resold, or redistributed without written permission.

12. Third-Party Services

We work with external providers such as:

  • Shopify (website platform)

  • PayPal (payment processing)

  • PostNL (shipping)

  • Optional printing partners for production

Each provider has its own privacy and legal policies.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in:

  • Laws

  • Our products

  • Our services

  • Our operations

The latest version will always be available on this page with an updated “Last updated” date.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of:

  • The Netherlands, for all EU/EEA customers (including Norway)

  • The United Kingdom, for UK customers

Disputes will be resolved according to the applicable local consumer protections.
