Refund policy

Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

• The product is in original condition
  
• The wrap has not been applied
  
• The backing paper is still intact
  
• The wrap is undamaged and unmodified
  

Custom products created based on your instructions, uploaded images, or personalized design cannot be returned under EU consumer law (Article 6:230p BW).

However, we want satisfied customers, if there is a problem, please contact us and we will do our best to help.

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns once the wrap has been used or altered. If you have any concerns about your order, please don’t hesitate to reach out, we're here to help.
