Because of our dedication to craftsmanship, we work with a processing time of approximately 1–2 weeks.
Once your order is ready to ship, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and all relevant delivery information.

We ship all orders from the Netherlands using professional and reliable delivery services.
Your package is always handed over to the courier with proper documentation and a valid tracking number, so you can follow your order every step of the way.
When we deliver your package to the courier they handle the delivery process.
Because we are not the delivery company, we cannot take responsibility for delays, damages, or lost parcels once the courier has taken over. But we will always assist you in the best way we can if anything happens. Customer satisfaction is important to us, and we’re here to help.
